Scam artists

Well. I came to Mac from an HP, where I used Phrase Express CONSTANTLY. I hated that it wasn’t available for my Mac, so I went in search of something comparable. I wasn’t thrilled that it was a paid app, when Phrase Express worked brilliantly and was free, but I was willing to pay to have back the convenience I was accustomed to.

I paid for it, installed it, gave it permissions, set it up, submitted my phrase and my chosen shortcut, and saved them...

When I try to actually use it, I enter the shortcut, and either nothing happens, or after a couple of seconds, it disappears. And thats it. Nothing appears in its place.

I emailed Smart Typer and explained what was happening. NO RESPONSE, none! I have given them 4 weeks to get back to me, but they just ignored me instead.

Save your money. This company will just steal it. Shame on them.
