On June 12, 2014, I submitted a ticket to them that "Smart Typer doesnt show user dialog box on Mavericks OS.” Even after more than a year later, they NEVER responded other than with an initial automated email message stating, "You have submitted a new ticket. Our staff will review the ticket shortly and reply accordingly...” Yeah, right!
I see I am not the only person with lack-of-support complaints and I have never been able to get Smart Typer to work on my Mac — what a waste of money and effort.
